At Beerwulf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your craft beer experience. If you change your mind, you can return your unopened order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer service team via the contact form or email to initiate your return request and receive a return label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Beer

  Ensure the beer bottles, cans, or kegs are unopened and placed securely back into their original Beerwulf packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest designated courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
